Cinnamon Bun Protein Cake

Ingredients

6 packs stevia
3 scoops Visalus shake mix {or Vanilla Protein Powder = 3.5 tbsp}
1.5 cup ground oats
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
25-30 drops Cinnamon Roll Dreamy Drops, available here
2 eggs
1 cup almond milk
3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp powdered stevia (for dusting on top)


Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
2.  In a bowl, mix together all ingredients, and whisk until well-combined.
3.  Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Low-Calorie Strawberry-Kiwi Fluff Dessert

 

 

Fresh, summer strawberries make this light & airy dessert extra bright and delicious!



Ingredients

3 oz. strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 1/4 cups ice cubes
1 cup sour cream (can use light sour cream to cut more calories)
25-30 drops Strawberry-Kiwi Dreamy Drops, available here
1 cup strawberries, sliced
6 whole strawberries, for garnish


Directions

1.  Mix gelatin and boiling water in 4-cup glass measuring cup; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.  Add enough ice cubes, stirring until ice melts, so mixture equals 2 cups.  Put any remaining ice back in freezer.

2.  Place gelatin mixture, sour cream, Strawberry-Kiwi Dreamy Drops, and sliced strawberries into blender. Process until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.

3.  Pour into 6 stemmed glasses, dividing equally.  Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until set, about 3 to 4 hours. Garnish each with fanned whole strawberry.  Makes 6 servings.

Frozen Almond Caramel Bananas

 


A light and cool dessert that isn't overly sweet?  These frozen bananas will surely fit the bill!



Ingredients

2 bananas
1 single-serving container Greek yogurt
8-10 drops Caramel Candy Dreamy Drops, available here
1/2 cup crushed almonds
2 popsicle sticks


Directions

1.  Line a tray with parchment paper.
2.  Mix together the Greek yogurt and Caramel Candy Dreamy Drops.
3.  Peel the bananas.
4.  Cut off an end off from each banana, then insert the popsicle sticks.
5.  Coat the bananas in Greek yogurt and almonds.
6.  Lay the bananas on the parchment paper and freeze for 45-55 minutes. The bananas will be creamy and firm, but not completely frozen.

Chocolate Caramel Pudding Shake

 

This creamy, dreamy pudding shake is made with almond milk, making it the ultimate guilt-free treat!

 
Yield: 4 servings
 
 
Ingredients
3 cups almond milk
1 package (4-serving size) Chocolate Sugar-Free Jell-o Pudding Mix
25-30 drops Caramel Candy Dreamy Drops, available here
 
 
Directions

1.  Place ingredients in large pitcher with tight-fitting lid; cover.
2.  Shake vigorously 1 minute or until well blended.
3.  Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.)

Low-Calorie Rocky Road Chocolate Ricotta Mousse

 

This creamy, luscious mousse is so tasty, you won't believe it's only 153 calories!



Yield: 10 servings


Ingredients

6 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
15 oz. container part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4 cup fat-free half and half
20-25 drops Rocky Road Dreamy Drops, available here


Directions

1. Place chopped chocolate in a 2-cup glass measure or small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on 70% power (medium-high) for 1 minute; stir. Microwave on 70% power for 1 to 2 minutes more, or until chocolate is melted, stirring every 15 seconds.
 2. In a food processor bowl combine cheese, half-and-half, and Rocky Road Dreamy Drops. Cover and process until combined. Add melted chocolate while food processor is running. Process until well combined.
3.  Spoon into small bowls. Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 24 hours. If desired, garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.

Chocolate Mint Diet Coke Brownies

 

 

Chocolate Mint Brownies with only 115 calories?!  This, ladies and gentlemen, is not too good to be true!  :-)



Yield: 18 servings


Ingredients

1 box Betty Crocker Low-Fat Fudge Brownie Mix
1 12 oz. can Diet Coke
25-30 drops Chocolate Mint Dreamy Drops, available here


Directions

1.  Pour brownie mix into a medium-sized bowl, and pour in the 12 oz. can of Diet Coke.  Add Chocolate Mint Dreamy Drops.  Do not add ingredients listed on the brownie box.
2.  Using a hand held mixer or whisk, combine ingredients until you see no more lumps. 
3.  Pour mixture into a 9 x 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray, and bake according to the package directions, adding an additional 5 to 10 minutes to the baking time.  Your brownies should bake for about 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 
4.  Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, and enjoy!

Low-Fat Amaretto Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins



These low-fat muffins are a divine way to start your day!



Yield: 12 muffins  155 calories and 2.8 grams of fat each


Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
12-15 drops Amaretto Dreamy Drops, available here
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2-3/4 cup chocolate chips


Directions

1.  Mash bananas.
2.  Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, and mix.
3.  Add chocolate chips, and stir.
4.  Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350 for approximately 15-20 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).

Chocolate Mocha Fruit Dip

 

 

Dipping strawberries in this light and luscious dip will make your afternoon snack a little sweeter!


Yield: 16 servings, 2 Points Plus per serving


Ingredients

8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
10-12 drops Mocha Dreamy Drops, available
here
2 cups light whipped topping


Directions

1.    In a large bowl, combine the sugar and cream cheese, and beat with a hand mixer until combined.
2.    Add the cocoa powder and Mocha Dreamy Drops, and beat again until thoroughly mixed.
3.    Add the whipped topping, and continue to beat until well-combined.
4.    Serve with assorted fruit...nearly every fruit tastes great with chocolate!!  :-)

Low-Fat Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding

 

 

Aaahhh, the sweet, comforting taste of bread pudding will bring back memories.  This is just like Mom's recipe, but a lot healthier!


Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

1 cup Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
4 slices stale cinnamon raisin bread, cubed
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
1/2 cup skim milk
20-25 drops Cinnamon Roll Dreamy Drops, available
here
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 8 x 8 inch nonstick cake pan with cooking oil spray.
2.  In a large mixing bowl, combine bread and apples.
3.  In another bowl, combine brown sugar and eggs. Add evaporated milk, skim milk, Cinnamon Roll Dreamy Drops, and nutmeg. Stir together.
4.  Pour egg and milk mixture over bread cubes and apples. Stir well. Let stand for five minutes, as bread absorbs the liquid.
5.  Place mixture in prepared baking pan. Bake in preheated oven 50 minutes or until bread is golden brown and puffy. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean. Remove from oven. Serve slightly warm or cooled.
